- 72 Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival time (3:00 pm) for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days, or no-shows, will be charged at least one night’s stay. By booking, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that the Inn is not responsible for weather, personal emergencies, or changes in travel plans.
- Child / Adult Policy: Children 17 and under stay free. For adults 18 and over there is an additional $15 per person charge.
- Pet Fee: The Inn welcomes dogs under 60 lbs for $40 per night. The Inn has five designated pet-friendly rooms, so please confirm availability under “Room Amenities” when booking to avoid cancellation and fees. If pet-friendly rooms are not confirmed prior to arrival, we may be able to accommodate your request at check-in, subject to availability and a pet deposit.
- Parking: The Inn has limited parking spots. The spots are complimentary. If the lot is full, please check adjacent and nearby streets for availability. Non-metered parking is free.
- Innkeeper Assistance: Guests may contact the Innkeeper directly at 503-444-1978 for assistance during their stay. This number is reserved exclusively for guest support and inquiries related to accommodations, services, or urgent needs during your stay.
- Non-smoking Policy: The Inn is a non-smoking property, and all guest rooms are non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee applies for any violation. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas at least 20 feet from the building.
